

Who is Marie-Claude
With degrees in Economics and Environmental Management from the Université de Sherbrooke, Marie-Claude began her career in International Development and, when her son Mathieu was born, she returned to the region. She continued her career at La Cité des Rivières and at the Sherbrooke Museum of Nature and Science, even as owner of the Compton Campground. Elected federal Member of Parliament in 2015, she served as Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, as Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food of Canada, and as Minister of National Revenue
